FOUNDATIONS OF YOGA 4-5 pm TUESDAYS
Designed for the beginner or those in the 45+ crowd, this class focuses on alignment and development of inner awareness so that students can adjust their bodies throughout the day for greater comfort, less tension build-up, and more energy.
BREATH OF LIFE YOGA 6-7 pm TUESDAYS
Yoga meets you where you are. This class, meets the 21st century yogi and balances for the modern life. This vinyasa-flow class focuses the students’ heat and intensity into a grounded, meditative awareness of inner movement, revitalizing and energizing the body by creating balance with the hustle, sitting, and hunched shoulders of the 21st century human. This class is meant for someone with some yoga experience and natural strength and stamina.
